What are we looking for?

We are hiring for Growth Product Managers or Product Owners . If you are passionate about content, design and technology, have a collaborative spirit, and interested in joining a fast-growing ecommerce start up, this is the place for you! In this role you will lead, own and drive the evolution for selected tech product(s) by partnering with design, development and online marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

- You'll lead and facilitate all aspects of a product including:

- Manage the evolution of multiple components of an e-commerce platform

- Develop technical product specifications for the architecture of underlying platform components (for example, identity, content management and supply chain management)

- Define and own the product plan from conception to launch

- Create mockups/UX prototype and partner with designers for final user interface

- In the case of smaller projects create the final user interface

- Contribute to technical conversations around deadlines and engineering solutions

- Own success metrics for applications, setting the parameters for measurements and be able to explain conversion trends\

- Perform competitor analysis and educate the team on global trends

- Be the voice of user to explain and define experience issues to engineering teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics

- MBA is a plus but not mandatory

- 8 years of total work experience (with minimum 5 years in product management domain)

- Strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap

- Having development, data science, and/or product marketing skills will give you a cut above the rest
