Senior Business Analyst
Summary :
Senior loyalty business analyst, who should be able to partner business solutions for the Group loyalty Program and internal Marketing Function for a fashion retail domain. A proactive and resourceful loyalty marketing, customer experience and customer relationship management professional with around 5 - 8 years of experience in retail, Loyalty domain
Key Responsibilities :
- Ability to independently manage business requirements
- Gather business requirements and drive delivery of the requirements coordinating with the IT vendors.
- Drive major integration streams of the Group Loyalty Project with Retail Applications, Analytics, Website and Portal management, online analytics, Social analytics & Mobile technologies.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in loyalty IT projects as a functional consultant/business analyst, either in IT service/consultancy firm or in core Retail industry in the IT department.
- Working experience and knowledge of Loyalty application management.
- Should help business in UAT to ensure bug free system roll out.
