Project Management (Retail Operations)
SUMMARY :
- To lead key customer centric projects, SOPs designs and adherence & provide support in Store Renovations, track the process end-to-end till final delivery to Retail Operations as per defined process and SLAs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
FINANCIAL :
- Ensure cost adherence for implementing cross-functional strategic projects and meeting desired Key performance indicators or success factors
- Ensure Store Renovations & Refits are executed on targeted dates & as per the budgeted CAPEX
- Ensure Activity planning, coordination & Communication between stake holders, and co-ordination between Corporate and Regional Teams
- Draw out Renovation and Refit Annual plans - all India based on agreed KPIS and Business parameters
CUSTOMER :
- Identify the opportunities and build execution plan for improving the customer experience, SOP adherences and task simplifications in the stores.
- Ensure Timely Information and Communication provided to Internal Customers - Projects VM, Retail Operations, Planning , Concessionaires - at Corporate and Regions
- Interact closely with all stake holders, to ensure timely inputs and validation on sequence of activities for Renovations
- Closure of all communication & Feedback loops related to Renovation within agreed SLA and timelines.
- Ensure 100% Snag Free Handover of Renovated stores from Projects to Retail Operations
- Additional Requirements if any to be processed through the agreed SOP & SLA
PROCESS :
- Frequently reviewing the store operations process, publishing the adherence report and track changes if needed
- Ensure Renovation tracking on, with periodic tracker updates to all stake holders
- Weekly Renovation Tracker to be shared with all Stake holders
- Renovation HOTO documentation and sign off between Projects and Retail Operations
- Snags Lists of Renovation, to be tracked and closed within agreed Timelines
- Responsible for coordination with Regional Teams & Corporate Teams to set up the Annual renovation calendar, and the same to be approved by Head NSO .
PEOPLE :
- Set expectations and give regular feedback to team
- Provide adequate support and motivate the team to deliver on the job
- Guide, coach, train and develop the team
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure high engagement levels
