Program Manager - HR
(Experience of working with Management Consulting Firm is Mandatory)
Strategic Planning and Partner:
- Work as trusted adviser to the HR Leader to identify initiatives of strategic importance & operational improvement
- Review key performance indicators on People Priorities by creating and maintaining dashboards.
- Take ownership of weekly & monthly reporting activities and other leadership reviews
Project Management:
- Actively support & oversee cross-functional & organization-wide projects or initiatives
- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
- Conduct industry specific & functional research and highlight strategic insights to the HR Leader
Direct Support of the HR Leader:
- Prepare agendas for all meetings and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the HR Leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible
- Monitor information flow to ensure the leaders involvement in project or decision-making process at the right moment
