What are we looking for?
As Product Analyst you will work closely with the Product Managers to deep dive into behavioural data and provide insights to make strategic decisions. If you are passionate about leading experimentation along with data-driven decision-making, have a collaborative spirit, and interested in joining a fast-growing ecommerce start up, this is the place for you! In this role you will also own and drive the evolution for tech products by partnering with design, development, and mar-tech teams.
Job Responsibilities :
Work with Product Managers to clearly attribute growth enhancing features and experience of our customers using concrete numbers and statistical insights
Drive data mindset in the team by owning the instrument of data collection and tracking, be a quality gatekeeper on data that drives product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis
Use qualitative and quantitative data throughout product development cycle to understand new product offerings being built and recommend the right metrics to measure the performance of those features
Create visual displays of quantitative information to deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations
Conduct market research to project potential costs and issues - and suggest improvements too.
Come up with metrics that will help us understand how to improve our Product
Conduct effective A/B experiments to measure the impact of and to improve the product
Identify key product metrics and build tools, dashboards to track them continuously
Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction
Conduct user research and surveys to understand user needs and pain points
Qualification:
BTech./M.Tech in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics and/or MBA from a top business school
2-4 years of total work experience working as a Product/Data Analyst, preferably in a dynamic start-up environment.
Key Skills:
Experience in experiment designing and result monitoring to drive insights
Solid background in statistics and high level of comfort with SQL or BigQuery and Python or R
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data from various data sources
Experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio
Must have worked with a marketing funnel for millions of users
