Experience: 2-4 years' experience in digital environment handling business analytics/CRM/marketing roles
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Obsess over customers and deep dive into their engagement using available analytical tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Oracle Responsys & MoEngage
- Responsible for driving repeat revenue for the app customers, using Email, SMS, Push notification, marketing automation, customer segmentation & cohort management
- Perform extensive campaign analysis daily, weekly, monthly to find user & revenue growth opportunities
- Work closely with Brand CRM team and Analytics team to drive CRM & O2O (Offline to Online) strategy
- Prepare a monthly communication calendar to highlight key platform priorities, and ensure timely execution in collaboration with creative team; good copy-writing skills would be highly desirable
- A/B Testing with different content and ad copies for Push notification, Email and SMS
- Develop personalized user experience: surfacing the right content on right platform for right audience

- Should have good understanding of customer acquisition/ retention strategies & app conversion
- Will be an individual contributor, with ability to excel in a fast-evolving digital environment
- Should be excellent with business analysis, should have hardcore execution skills & high bias for action
- Must demonstrate high level of ownership and responsibility for driving assigned business outcomes
- Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities as the business & operations evolve
