Educational Requirement : CA ( Merit Holder), BCom. (H)
Experience Requirement : Preferably worked 3/5 yrs. in Ecommerce/ Retail/ FMCG
Job Description :
1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and related statutory filings, other transactions
2. Managing cash flow of various entities and prepare cash flow forecast to ensure a healthy cash position.
3. Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and any other external institutions.
4. Responsible for statutory submissions i.e. annual tax submission, GST/SST returns, Annual returns etc.
5. Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
6. Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company, research and analyse financial reports and market trends
7. Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
8. Prepare and present periodic financial reports, present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
9. Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
