Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our hypermarket brand and its products. The role will include enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, App DAU/MAU, Sales conversions and acquiring leads/customers. This position requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Ecommerce Traffic & Sales for Web & App: - Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the ecommerce website and mobile app. - Collaborate with the ecommerce team to optimize the online shopping experience and increase conversion rates for both web and app platforms. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth. - KPIs: Website and app traffic, conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment rate, app downloads, in-app purchases, revenue growth. Performance Marketing: - Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. - Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient allocation of the marketing budget. - Track and analyze campaign performance for both ecommerce and offline retail businesses, making data-driven adjustments to improve results. - KPIs: Return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC). Conversion Optimization: - Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement in the conversion funnel. - Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to increase conversion rates. - Work closely with the UX/UI team to enhance the website and mobile app user experience. - KPIs: Conversion rate, bounce rate, time on site, pages per session, A/B test results. User Persona Management: - Develop and maintain detailed user personas to guide marketing strategies. - Use data and research to refine and update personas regularly. - Ensure marketing campaigns are targeted effectively to the appropriate user segments. - KPIs: Persona accuracy and relevance, engagement metrics by persona, campaign performance by persona. Analytics: - Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on performance metrics. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies and campaigns. - Prepare detailed reports on traffic, conversions, and user behavior. - KPIs: Data accuracy, insight relevance, timely reporting, actionable recommendations. Social Media Management: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Manage and oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing. - Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. - KPIs: Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments), follower growth, referral traffic, social media ROI. Online Reputation Management (ORM): - Monitor online conversations and manage the brand's reputation across various digital platforms. - Respond to customer reviews, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. - Develop strategies to address negative feedback and enhance the brand's online image. - KPIs: Sentiment analysis, response time, resolution rate, review ratings, brand sentiment score. SEO/ASO: - Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. - Perform keyword research and optimize website content accordingly. - Work on App Store Optimization (ASO) to enhance the visibility and performance of mobile apps in app stores. - KPIs: Organic search traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rate (CTR) from search, app store ranking, app downloads. Tool Proficiency: - Utilize marketing automation and customer engagement platforms such as MoEngage to enhance user engagement and retention. - Employ attribution tools like Branch and AppsFlyer to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels. - KPIs: Tool adoption and utilization rate, accuracy of attribution data, improvement in customer engagement metrics.
