Job Role:

To define and develop analytical solutions for improving business decisions in customer value management for all business units (BU) of Landmark Group (LMG) in Gulf and India. The recruit will be directly working with Head of Loyalty and respective marketing teams of each business unit to implement predictive modeling, customer lifetime value management and contact plan optimization framework in LMG Loyalty program in Gulf and India (Landmark Rewards) to maximize customer engagement along with campaign return on investment

- Work with the CEO- s/Head of retail functions and Marketing teams of LMG business units through Head of Analytics and Loyalty to define the contact plan and campaign calendar along with ROI targets for all targeted campaigns

- Lead 8-10 members team working on predictive modeling, customer segmentation, campaign planning, offer design, campaign execution, and measurement, etc.

- Collaborate with campaign managers to design innovative campaigns to enhance customer engagement across all channels and formats of LMG

- Develop predictive modeling algorithms meeting the agreed campaign objectives (revenue/profitability growth) to target appropriate customers for providing personalized offers through various communication channels like SMS, email, and vouchers

- Act as the critical link between Merchandising and Marketing functions to deliver actionable customer insights based on customer and transaction analysis to support category management and marketing decisions

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver 360-degree view of customer through effective customer data management across all channels like stores, online, mobile, and social media

- Implement analytical algorithms in campaign management systems to automate the execution of large number of campaigns across all business units of LMG

- Manage end to end project delivery with project teams and ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of the output

- Build engaging partnerships with campaign managers and identify business opportunities for future analytics utilization

- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging methodologies to continuously improve skillset

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and improve team productivity through training/documentation of best practices and coaching of junior team members

- Create metrics and measurements for the success of all 'Shukran' & 'Landmark Rewards' initiatives and provide pre-and post-campaign ROI analysis

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Master's degree in any quantitative discipline or MBA. Candidates from Statistics or Operations Research background from ISI/IIT will be preferred.

- Strong drive and passion to work in a start-up kind of environment and deliver business impact through loyalty analytics

- Expertise in analytical tools such as SAS/R/SQL/ or Qlik

- Expertise in analytical techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistics Regression, Cluster analysis, Market Basket analysis, Decision Tress, Linear Optimization etc.

- Strong MS office skills and data visualization competence

- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environment

- Open to Travel (up to 20%) on need basis
