We're looking to hire Manager-Corporate Development/Business Advisory for Home Centre, Landmark Group. Our ideal candidate should have at least 4-5years of experience in a consulting firm. She/he will be working along with the leadership team on key initiatives, and projects and would also be involved in strategic planning, partnering, analyzing, and benchmarking and should also possess strong analytical skills(data-oriented mind) & communication.
Job Description:
Strategic Planning and Partner:
- Work as trusted advisers to the leader s/he works with.
- Be part of annual strategic planning for the Home center
- Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. This work also includes internal and external communications, operational support, and interaction with HC Leadership Team.
Direct Support of the CXO/Business Head/Board Member:
- Set leader's strategic priorities and help the leader identify areas where they must direct their focus
- Strategically manage leader's time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities
- Prepare agendas for all meetings; and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible
- Monitor information flow in order to ensure Leader's involvement in the project or decision-making process at the right moment.
Relationship Builder:
- Must be well connected with those reporting to the leader and others across the organization to influence outcomes. This cross-functional perspective not only helps garner support for the leadership team but also fosters long-term partnerships that are critical to HC's success.
Project Management:
- Oversee cross-functional/concept-wide projects or initiatives
- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
- Research, benchmark, analyze data and make recommendations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 4-5 years of Strategy Consulting experience with one of the top international consulting firms.
- Ability to work with the CXO level on corporate projects, especially in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills to understand key drivers of business
- Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations.
- Strong MS Office - presentation, excel modeling skills
- Eye for detail & Process orientation
- Self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
