Management Trainee - Finance (CA Rank Holders)
Role Description:
The position holder will work closely with the Group CFO on strategic projects within the finance function. The rotational management trainee programme allows exposure to multiple domains of Finance (FP&A, Treasury, Supply Chain Finance, CFO's Office) across Group Functions, Brands and Countries.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Review & analyze business plans, P&L forecasts, and actual business performance; Drive preparation of management presentations and Steering Committees

Corporate Finance: Analyze a company's liquidity and mitigate financial and operational risk, support in Treasury Digitization. Drive projects across Group Taxation & Supply Chain Finance Projects

Strategy Projects: Own planning and execution of various strategy projects including Market Intelligence, Competition Benchmarking, Portfolio Optimization, and Sourcing/Buying strategy etc.

Business Partnering: Independently liaise with multiple stakeholders across functions, brands and countries to drive initiatives across business planning, store portfolio, investment decisions, cost optimization etc.

Business Analytics: Deliver business value and drive management decisions backed by research & analytical insights leveraging Machine Learning (ML/AI) and Robotics (RPA). This will include presentations to Function Heads, CXOs and Steering Committees.
Key Requirements:
- Rank Holder Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India - Batch of October 2021 & 2022
- Open to relocating to the Middle East

- Excellent strategic mindset and top-down problem-solving capabilities, able to think holistically without losing attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, able to leverage and translate data into easy-to-understand briefings that drive impactful business decisions
