Member Engagement
- Manage end to end marketing endeavors of the loyalty program in all operation regions
- Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns with the aim of engaging existing Shukran members or acquiring new members for the program
- Conceptualize and implemente journeys to engage members at a program level to achieve incremental revenue targets, including but not limited to - welcome, happy birthday, anniversary, cross concept, churn prevention, member reactivation
- Set and track measurement plans for each campaign in collaboration with analytics team
- Build and optimize campaigns with the highest level of attention to detail with proven experience of working to a - test & learn- or - A/B test- approach
- Maximize revenue using owned channels - email, app, website
- Prepare and present strategy, plans and post-campaign analysis with meaningful and insightful commentary
Partner Marketing :
- Create on-boarding plans for each new partner in collaboration with the Partnerships team
- Define the best TG with rationale for these on-boarding plans
- Maximize partner revenue by launching new campaigns in collaboration with partner's marketing team
Required Skills :
- Content excellence - nail down to the nth level of detail what content, offer, channel, brand works for each member segment. Continuous revenue maximization based on content experiments and implementing learnings from past campaigns to subsequent campaigns
- Ability to use web and app analytics tools (GA, Appsflyer, Branch) to measure website and app traffic generated through member journeys, tactical marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display advertising
- Proficient understanding of member targeting and segmentation; and strong analytical skills
- Experience with a loyalty program, member journeys is a definite plus
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
