Position Objective :

Only candidates from Accenture, A.T. Kearney, EY & Deloitte shall apply

To support the Sr. Board Member in driving key initiatives & tasks across businesses. Support decisions making with fact-based data analysis, discussions with senior management in order to get things done in a time bound manner.

Responsibilities :

- Work with the Sr. Board Member to identify the initiatives / tasks of strategic importance and operational improvement that need to be pursued.

- Conduct discussions with CXOs / Senior Executives and come up with specific insights and actions plans.

- Assist the Sr. Board Member in review meetings, track and followup on action points and - To-dos- and report/escalate to the Sr. Board Member and senior executives as required. Based on analysis of existing or new businesses, draw insights for the Sr. Board Member on key opportunities / areas to focus on in discussions.

- Gather or compile the fact-base to have productive, informed discussion on topics.

- Prepare minutes of meetings & manage action tracker with deadlines, owners to ensure discliplined implementation.

- Proactively scan the business environment to identify new business opportunities. Evaluate & highlight relevant strategic insights to the top management.

- Actively support the business development efforts of the top management in reaching out to potential global and domestic alliances and in structuring, setting up and initial operations of new alliances.

- Working on new business set up or process improvement initiatives as per requirement from time to time. . Take ownership of analysis of periodic (weekly & monthly) reporting activities and other top management reviews.

Qualification & Skills :

- Masters of Business Administration (Finance preferred) or advanced degree in Financial analysis.

- Ability to working with the CXO level on corporate projects, especially in a high growth environment.

- Exceptional analytical skills to understand key drivers of business, see through the numbers and come up with valuable insights.

- Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations.

- Strong MS Office - presentation, excel modelling skills.

- Excellent Team Player.

- Eye for detail & Process orientation.

- Self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance.

Experience :

- Overall 10 years of experience with at least 6-7 years of post MBA experience in Consulting, Strategy development, Business Planning, Financial Analysis of businesses and industries, Feasibility Studies, Market Analysis.

- Ideally, experience as Manager in premier consulting firms or strategy teams of conglomerates or in supporting CEO/Chairman office.

- Understanding of the Retail (particularly fashion and home) and/or Food & Beverage industries - Consumer behavior, Key players, Key markets, Govt. Regulations and Challenges is a big plus.
