Executive Assistant
Strategic Planning & Partner:
- Work as trusted advisers to the leader to identify the initiatives of strategic importance & operational improvement that need to be pursued
- Be part of annual strategic planning for the Group
- Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. This work also includes internal and external communications, operational support and interacting with Landmark Leadership Team.
Direct Support of the CXO:
- Set leader's strategic priorities and help the leader identify areas where they must direct their focus
- Strategically manage leader's time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities
- Prepare agendas for all meetings; and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible
- Monitor information flow in order to ensure Leader's involvement in project or decision-making process at the right moment
Relationship Builder:
- Must be well connected with those reporting to the leader and others across the organization to influence outcomes.
- This cross-functional perspective not only helps garner support for the leadership team, but also fosters long-term partnerships that are critical to this role's success.
Project Management:
- Oversee cross-functional/concept-wide projects or initiatives
- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
- Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations
