Land Acquisition Role - Steel Manufacturing Firm

We are hiring experts in our "Land Acquisition" team for one my steel manufacturing client.

Experience: 4-10 years

Location: Surat (Hazira)

Role and Responsibilities:

- Actively involved in leading, motivating and guiding team for better and effective work.

- Coordinating and resolving various issues with vendors, landlords, advocates, acquisition and project team for speedy acquisition of property.

- Steering a wide range of functions including conducting survey of land with RF persons, coordinating with operator/customer in this regard, collection of papers, negotiation of rent, seeking legal verification from advocates, signing of agreement with landlords and registration.

- Liasoning/ROW with statutory authorities such as Police department PCB, Electricity Board, municipality, circle office, panchayat, collector, forest department, Fire Brigade PWD,etc.

- Acquiring sites through acquisition team / acquisition vendors; maintaining the TAT for site acquisition.

- Managing and maintaining updated data, monitoring progress and guiding vendors.

- Responsibly defining priority for site Acquisition lists to Site Acquisition team / vendors and reviewing on a daily basis.

- Coordinating with the Government bodies, Real Estate Companies and Corporate for sourcing and acquiring sites and also EB, Municipal Corporation, Police, DM Office, Forest Office, Railway Office, NHI Office, and Pollution Control Board.

- Overseeing land identification, surveying, rent negotiation, documentation, verification of papers and acquisition of property.
