Roles & Responsibilities :

- Should be a part of a Legal and land acquisition team is purchase of land for vertical Business (Renewable, Port, Gas and Logistic) only in Gujarat.

- Experience to 4000 acres plus Land are Purchased till to date.

- Visit to Land site and making basic report of Land.

- Review and verifying land title search.

- Visit to Sub Register office for sale deed execution of anywhere in Gujarat.

- Follow up with consolidator.

- Land NA Permission online Application Process in Iora Portal from Gov.of Gujarat.

- Follow up and visit to Government offices for Land mutation entry in revenue record.

- Payment Process of land, Brokerage, Stamp duty, Registration fees, Advocate bill etc.

- Advance settlement after execution of sale deed.

- Prepare Various Report Related to Land & Revenue Department.

- Compiled and edited comprehensive reports for management review of clients.

- Maintain and update all accounts related activities.

- Maintain Land Inventory.

- Resolving issues and conflicts within the team. Handling attrition.

- Manage with Banks regarding day-to-day analysis of our bank accounts.

- Coordinating to Finance team for Security creation for project.

- Coordinating and managing statutory, internal audits and compliances

- Gujarati speaking, writing is must
