Job Description:

- We are seeking a proactive and field-focused Land Acquisition and Liaison Officer with expertise in identifying land opportunities and coordinating with local government authorities.

- This role requires hands-on experience in the Haryana property market and a strong understanding of real estate in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

Land Identification & Acquisition:

- Scout and evaluate land for residential, commercial, industrial, and warehousing purposes in Haryana.

- Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Market Insights:

- Conduct detailed research of the Haryana real estate market to identify viable land opportunities.

- Provide recommendations aligned with business goals.

Liaison Work:

- Engage with local government departments to ensure legal compliance, secure permits, and facilitate smooth transactions.

On-ground Execution:

- Actively oversee land acquisition processes, ensuring timely and effective negotiations with stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Haryana and the Delhi NCR region.

- Experience: Hands-on expertise in land acquisition and liaison with local authorities.

- Field-oriented Skills: Exceptional ability to work on the ground, negotiate deals, and maintain relationships.

- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
