The role of Training Manager would be to primarily enable the distributors who are predominantly ladies on premium yet value for money Skin Care, Cosmetics and Perfumery products of Lambre.
Hands on experience in Cosmetics, Skin Care company of repute is a pre requisite.
- The product offering includes unique, functional range. The training's would be done via webinars, web casts, Skype to distributors across India.
- Product presentation modules, soft skills training will also be one of the requirements of the trainer.
- Prior exposure to similar profile would be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of any 1 or 2 of South Indian languages in addition to English and Hindi is desirable.
- Experience in Direct Selling Industry is an added advantage.
- Co ordination with global HQ training and marketing functions would be required.
- Occasional travel to conduct events, workshops will be part of overall responsibility.
- The salary includes variables which can increase substantially in proportionate to performance and contribution.
- Being a start up company, high levels of involvement coupled with initiative taking ability would be required.
