You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out a product that delivers the company's vision and strategy.
Requirement :
- Learn and understand the products/services offered by the company and match them to the needs of the clients.
- Make outbound customer calls and setup meetings and prepare relevant informational pitches to match the needs of the clients and look for opportunities to present creative new solutions.
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Manage your sales funnel, tracking your sales-funnel and take actions to remediate bottlenecks and issues.
- Cross collaborate with teams across different functions.
- Ensure closure and delivery of all engagements.
- Keep monthly connect with all existing clients to ensure continuous value generation and success, including review of monthly KPIs etc.
Experience :
- 3-6 years of experience in enterprise sales with B2B Product organizations.
- Well versed with Funnel tracking tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Zoom info to manage sales funnel.
- Proven ability to meet targets. Detail and process oriented. Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
- People with experience of sales and revenue generation in a startup will be preferred.
