The HR Head will oversee the strategic direction, management, and overall effectiveness of the HR function within the organization. With a workforce of 800+ employees, the HR Head will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compliance, and compensation & benefits. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of HR practices within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, supporting the organization's growth while ensuring a strong, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 12+ years in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or clinical research environment.

- Education: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, especially within the pharma/clinical research sectors.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

- Expertise in talent management, performance systems, and compensation planning.

- Proficiency in HR software and systems, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

Desired Qualities:

- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Proven track record of managing large teams and driving HR initiatives across a sizable workforce.

- Strong understanding of the unique challenges of the pharmaceutical/clinical research industry, including regulatory compliance and talent needs.
