LambdaTest - Senior Product Manager

- Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans, and product specifications.

- Build an effective roadmap to prioritize important features while considering the business impact and ROI.

- Balance new features, improvements, and bug fixes to ensure a high velocity and a stable product.

- Collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Development, and Design teams to understand new credit product offerings and work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of data components.

- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.

- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Define and drive the strategic product roadmap across multiple product lines, aligning with overall business goals and customer needs.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to drive execution and ensure successful product delivery at scale.

- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable product strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Establish and refine product management processes, frameworks, and best practices to scale the team effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify growth opportunities, optimize workflows, and remove bottlenecks.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to go-to-market and performance analysis.

- Use data and customer insights to inform decisions, set KPIs, and ensure a data-driven product culture across teams.

- Act as a thought leader and advocate for product excellence, both internally and externally
