Job Description
Function: Sales and Business - Sales / Business Development
Key Account Management:
LambdaTest is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to build strong customer relationships, drive growth, and oversee client accounts in the North American market.
As a vital member of the sales team, you will manage customer portfolios, develop new opportunities, and ensure our solutions meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through trust and transparency.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients while seeking new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Ensure the timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and goals.
- Communicate account updates, progress, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track key account metrics, such as quarterly results and annual targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow accounts and resolve customer challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account performance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales account management within the tech or SaaS industry is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Educational background: Master's/Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through client-focused solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting
