Lal10 - Vice President - Key Account Management

Job Description:

- Responsible for the P&L and process creation of the Key Accounts Team

- Planning for team expansion and working on the expansion of the team as per necessity in consultation with the upper management

- Working towards keeping the team motivated by setting up quarterly targets for team members and helping them to achieve them.

- Coordinating with upper management for strategizing the growth of the company from your vertical's perspective

- Interaction with Buyers for approvals on all stage

- Procurement of fabrics & raw materials as per the buyer's requirement.

- Vendor management, Sampling, costing

- Production, delivery follow-ups for on-time deliveries.

- Maintaining expense reports for all running orders

- Releasing purchase orders to the suppliers/ vendors.

- Meeting with buyers for new orders, handling new decks provided by the sales & design team.

- Should be Familiar with T&A, Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

- Understanding of all steps involved from start to finish of production

- Understanding and prior working experience for handloom fabrics, accessories & trims with suppliers

- Good knowledge of handloom clusters in India

- Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Having fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus.

Location: Noida, NCR

- Preferred Experience: 5-10 years in handling Key Accounts in Textile

Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Fashion Management/ Fashion Technology and Production and/or experience in Apparel Production/ Fashion Technology.

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - INR 12,00,000 per annum + INR 8,00,000 worth ESOPs on the current company valuation
