Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Lakshya IIC

Lakshya IIC is a leading commerce professional course-providing educational institution that focuses on providing high-quality education to students in commerce. We seek an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization's operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners.

- Lead the development and implementation of new programs, initiatives, and partnerships that support the organization's mission and vision.

- Manage the financial and budgetary aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

- Work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures supporting the organization's overall strategy.

- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within the education or commerce industry.

- A Master's degree in business administration, education, or a related field.

- Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets and financial resources.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
