Lakme Lever Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a KAM - Ecommerce for its growing ecommerce business. The candidate will get an opportunity to work with industry leaders in the beauty space as well as extensive global exposure to ecommerce trends & best practises.
The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the brand on ecommerce partners to drive revenue targets and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Key account manager for 3P e-commerce (nykaa, Amazon, Myntra and others) and beauty retail
- Responsible for delivering revenue targets across all partner platforms
- Increasing brand visibility and revenue share on partner platforms
- Launch of new products on the platform
- Launching brand on new platforms
- Day to day management of brand, creating and executing monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans to meet targets
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Previous experience in handling brand on sites like nykaa, amazon, myntra etc
- Demonstrated history in driving revenue and brand growth on these platforms
- Should have launched and managed a beauty ( haircare, skin care, makeup) brand on these platforms
- This is a sales + marketing function the candidate should have experience in driving sales.
- Comfortable with reading sales reports, planning and forecasting, driven to achieve MoM targets
- Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and work seamlessly with different teams and agencies
- Good team-player with Problem-solving mentality
- Mumbai based or is willing to relocate immediately
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic ecommerce environment
- Fluent in English & Hindi
