LafargeHolcim - Senior Manager - Financial Reporting - CA

Basic Qualifications -

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Preferably around 10 years' experience in external auditor international controlling and reporting

- English as base working language. Additional languages highly appreciated (German, French, Spanish)

Role and Responsibility -

- Manage and further develop group worldwide monthly consolidation of Group LafargeHolcim for actual closing; and for the budget and the 3 year mid-term plan

- Manage and further develop half year and Annual external reporting in accordance with IFRS and SIX/AMF exchange regulations and other financial information of the annual report

- Collaborate with corporate functions to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of significant events and transactions in the group financial statements

- Ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting

- Analyze the Group's results, identify business relevant issues and perform ad-hoc reporting analysis for Group ExCo / Regional Management, Board and Audit Committee

- Manage projects in connection with consolidation and reporting initiatives, lead and contribute to internal projects such as updating the consolidation and reporting software, improving the closing- and planning-processes and implementing new IFRS standards

- Provides technical support and training to Group companies and Regional Controllers in the area of accounting, controlling and reporting
