1. Responsible for growth targets for LafaLafa mobile app (http://tinyurl.com/perk2nf) downloads as well as for driving app engagement and transactions
2. Analytics for channel effectiveness using attribution tools like MAT/Appsflyer and GA & Flurry
3. ASO for driving app downloads using tools like Appnique/ MobileDevHQ/ Sensor Tower
4. Recommend product changes for growth hacks and working with cross functional teams to be able to drive implementation for such product changes
5. Work on qualitative and quantitative research to drive actionable insights
6. Manage mobile marketing campaigns for app Downloads across channels & Tie ups with brands for driving app downloads like Chat apps, gaming apps etc
7. Content Strategy for app downloads across various content marketing sites
8. Managing and running social media campaigns and contests with calls to action to drive registrations or transactions e.g. #contests on twitter, weChat, video making contests, Quizzes to drive app downloads
9. Coordinating with Bloggers to get more write-ups and mentions for the App
10. Implement a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
Requirements/Skills:
1. E-commerce and M-Commerce experience is a pre-requisite
2. Experienced with excel, data analysis, powerpoint and other optimisation and analysis tools and research methodologies
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Self starter who enjoys working in a start-up environment with minimal supervision
