Responsibilities:
- Responsible for team management, recruitment and development.
- Keeping profitability as the highest priority, the seasoned personal must be able to Plan, Strategize and Execute Sales approach to achieve Organizational Goals / Sales targets within desired timelines.
- Responsible for achieving targets (Self & Team) through various revenue streams.
- To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
- Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure the achievement of the sales plans and strategies.
- Evolve policies for establishing a robust field force monitoring and people management, relationship management system in order to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth.
Skills:
- Graduate OR MBA - Sales and Marketing (add on) with relevant experience.
- Minimum 7-8 years of B2B /Service sales experience is a must.
- Must have handled a team handling role.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
- Proven Leadership Experience.
