Responsibilities :
- Setting a vision for the brand, which requires you to research your market, your customer, the products being sold and the problem they have that they're trying to solve.
- Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures for the region.
- Develop and execute physician engagement, onboard and retention strategies for all of total engagement.
- Ensure accountability for execution of the plan, identify opportunities, obstacles and challenges and make recommendations to address, and work with functional owners to develop mitigation strategies.
- Establishing a culture of collaboration and integration that enhances revenue and cost optimization & supports innovation and creativity
- Thorough knowledge of modern management principles, practices, and methods is required.
Skills :
- Strong educational Background with 5-7 years of experience in Pharma/ Medical/ eHealthcare/ healthtech industry.
- Maturity in judgment, broad thinking and intellectually agile.
- Openness, accessibility and visibility; approachable to staff.
- Ability to navigate client organizations to identify and engage with decision makers at CXO level.
