- A Techno Commercial Lab Doctor (Microbiology MBBS, MD) with key focus on technical expertise, Lab level Cost optimization and understanding, day to day Lab Operations and Management and P&L understanding.
- With focused & extensive experience working in Molecular and Infectious Disease Testing Laboratory, preferably with experience in Real Time PCR technology.
- Experience in an administrative role as Lab Head with experience in commercial diagnostics laboratory is preferred
- Should be well verse with NABL standards and guidelines, Documentation processes, internals lab audits and NC closure management.
- Good understanding of Test portfolio, New Test and technology launch as per market survey and requirement. Open to indulge in market survey and New Product launch.
- With thorough knowledge in Lab material consumption, stock management, involvement in vendor finalization in coordination with Operation Manager.
- KOL/KBL Management through digital and personal visits connect to ensure desired outcome and business.
- Academic inclination towards meeting industry leaders, conducting Scientific sessions, CME- s/RTM's.
- A strategic visionary leader with sound technical skills, analytical ability, strong operational focus.
- An intelligent, articulate team player who can relate to people at all levels of the organization and who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An effective communicator and trainer with keen interest in Training and Development of the Lab Staff and Sales Team.
- An excellent negotiator with interest &experienced in vendor handling, contract development and management.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents, Lab consumption data, test wise cost Metrix, and implementation of the same with ease.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and troubleshoot with ease.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to stakeholders in the organization.
- Should have good communication skills, need to talk to clinicians, clarify the technical queries.
- To conceptualize and prepare all the required literature/Brochure/DOS/LBL/Folders to pursue clients in terms of business conversion.
- To liaise and coordinate with the key client and internal departments to provide best customer service and TAT experience.
- Strong presentation, power point and Excel, oral and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Techno marketing aspects of Diagnostics with experience of conducting Techno marketing sessions with doctors/ clinicians.
