Senior Accountant

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in TDS, GST, finalization of accounts, and team management.

- This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization.

- Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations, including timely filing of returns and reconciliation.

- Lead the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, including task assignment and performance evaluation.

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.

- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of TDS and GST laws and regulations.

- Experience in the finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a team.

- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite experience with ERP systems is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
