We have a suitable opportunity in the Consumer Products division for the position of Advocacy Manager Social & Community. In this role, you will be responsible to Plan, develop, design and manage social, community and advocacy interactions across the brands digital channels to increase brand exposure, strengthen brand image and drive the brands sense of purpose. The location of the job will be Mumbai - HO
Job Accountabilities:
I. Brand Advocacy
1. Create the strategic influencer framework for the brand: understanding the business objectives and brand journey. Identifying the right digital touchpoints for the various franchises with relevant Influencers across the funnel from Celebrities to Micro/ Nano. Identifying key influencers for annual/ long term partnership.
2. Reporting of key metrics linked to campaign deliveries
3. Create good, deep rooted relations with creators to ensure favourable relations and coverage for the brand.
4. Develop and ideate for digital first content that is insight driven and native to the creator yet adheres to overall brand ethos and codes.
5. Develop live streaming and Content to Commerce / Social Commerce capabilities for the brand.
6. Plan and manage the overall advocacy budget across categories
II. Define and enhance the brands social and PR presence; plan and manage the brand online social activity
1. In collaboration with brand managers, assist with the creation and presentation of Social Media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer social media analytical data
2. Monitor, maintain and strengthen consistent online brand identity
3. Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders
4. Interact with consumers in social media channels using social media management software and related tools, including forums
5. Participate in the development of real-time marketing content based on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities, and formulating plans with internal and external stakeholders
III. Drive the brands sense of purpose
1. Drive awareness of the brands sense of purpose among consumers by conceptualizing the brands sense of purpose campaigns and activations (global or local adaptations)
2. Plan and manage the sense of purpose awareness budget.
IV. Digital shoots and eventing.
1. Key stakeholder in spokes management during international and local tentpole events.
2. Ideation and execution for digital shoots with spokes, creators - content ideation,
coordination with production agency, celebrity crew and talent.
3. Event coordination and ideation for local launch events with creators.
