KYC Hub enables firms to mitigate the risk of fraud and financial crime using AI and data intelligence. We are a SaaS platform for global customer onboarding, monitoring, and regulatory compliance that enables faster and more accurate KYC, AML, corporate verification, and digital identity.

We have an immediate opening for a highly ambitious senior sales development manager to join our team. As a senior sales development hire you would be responsible for heading a team of SDRs/BDRs and leading the creation and scaling of sales operations and opportunities.

The potential clients include financial services, accounting, legal and investment management, but the role will also require identifying other customer segments to approach. We're looking for someone who is comfortable in a dynamic, growing startup and has the experience and ability to build and scale a team

Responsibilities include:

- Build and mentor team of SDR/BDRs

- Create, improve and scale sales playbook for effective prospecting and best practices

- Actively manage the pipeline, setting targets and forecasting, setting and tracking KPIs

- Optimization of the sales operation and processes as well as the sales tools and tech stack

- Proactively identify and launch initiatives that drive new business growth

- Working closely with the founders, tech and product marketing to generate opportunities and meet pipeline goals

- Optimize, improve and scale outbound sales process

Requirements :

- Proven track record of success as an SDR/BDR

- Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs

- Proven track record in outbound sales

- 4+ years in Software/SaaS sales ideally B2B

- A history of consistently performing above team quota and being able to forecast accurately

- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment

- Experience in working and succeeding within target-driven business/sales development representative teams

- Ability and willingness to go out of comfort zone

- Ability to lead a team to meet personal and team monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs

- Proven track record of building BDR/SDR outbound teams in B2B SaaS

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
