We are looking for a passionate Operations Lead who can add immense value to our entity with his/her critical thinking, analytical skills and execute engagement strategies.

The Operations Lead will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and be a part of sales strategy, customer experience, charging infrastructure, business partnerships, network development, execution of core operations, deployment, testing and validation.

Job Description:

- Understand, analyze and set up operations pertaining to EV riders, EV drive cycles, deploying EVs, charging, servicing etc.

- Set up processes and logistics infrastructure to ensure effective execution of operations to deploy Electric vehicles to B2B customers.

- Build partnerships and understand local engagement strategies and own complete operation cycle.

- Understand the process of testing and validating the product conforming to its technical specifications.

- Should have great communication skills and negotiating skills with third-party logistics players, vendors, third party sales teams.

- Quickly review and resolve issues during the execution of operations to deliver a high standard of customer experience.

- Have strategic thinking and the ability to visualize and execute a long-term strategy.

Skills you'll need:

- 2-6 years of experience or relevant experience in the same field.

- Previous experience of executing operations in logistics/supply chain management/EVs.

- Data-driven analytical abilities and remain highly competitive to execute tasks in a startup environment.

- Ability to understand, devise or improve operations strategies.

- Passionate about EV technology and committed to delivering a high standard of customer experience.

- Self-driven and should take ownership.
