Overview:
Strategic associates will identify business needs and solutions within the context of the overall direction of a company. They develop and implement critical business solutions through information gathering, synthesis, review, and testing. They secure and allocate resources, manage implementation schedules, and facilitate meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.
- Classifying the strategic choices for addressing a specific situation and supporting the execution of the business strategy
- Work closely with the management to design business plans, projections, project or team OKRs, MIS and Dashboard.
- External Analysis: Assess the existing opportunities and threats of the organization's external environment, comprising industry and environmental forces
- Internal Analysis: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organization in its internal environment including its resources and competencies
- Strategy Design: Design strategies that form and endure competitive advantage by matching the strengths and weaknesses with the opportunities and threats of the organisation
- Strategy Execution: Apply the developed strategies and monitor execution by identifying resources, processes and KPIs
- Strategic Control: Measure achievements and make adjustments in areas where the strategies are not generating the anticipated results
MBA from reputed college is mandatory.
Proven record in business strategy-from planning to implementation
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Solid business acumen along with good problem solving skills
Have excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organized and able to multitask effectively
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
