Data & Business Intelligence Manager

Job Description:

As Business Intelligence and Data Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our data systems and analytics tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data and develop BI solutions that support our business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing business processes and data to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Designing and implementing BI solutions that allow businesses to make data-driven decisions and support their strategic goals.

- Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.

- Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and security.

- Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, including development of BI dashboards, data visualization, and report development.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new data sources and develop new BI solutions.

- Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that support business decision-making.

- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and interpretation.

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data systems and databases.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and business intelligence.

- Strong skills in business intelligence, including data modeling, data visualization, and report development.

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

- Strong working knowledge of databases, ETL tools, and BI platforms.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing staff.

- Strong project management skills
