Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership team in setting and creating the branding architecture with respect to sub brands, collections and product positioning.
- Build brand guidelines and ensure all touchpoints adhere to it.
- Analyze consumer insights/feedback and build/tweak interventions to meet the set guidelines.
- Devise branding strategies, drive branding initiatives and brand marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the various teams that need branding assistance.
- Engage brand ambassadors, influencers, and advertising agencies for branding.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
- Align the company's retail and online messaging and the brand's direction, choices and tactics through strategic programs/initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Marketing certification from top design institutes like MICA, NIFT, NID, etc.
- PG in advertising preferred.
- 8-10 years in marketing with min 5 years should have been only in branding.
- Proven experience of driving brand campaigns and strategies.
- Experience in building brand(s) and experience in ecommerce branding experience preferable.
- Expert in product positioning, branding and customer segmentations.
- Basic experience in ATL media planning and buying.
- Strategic thinking and taking initiative.
- Design thinking & strong visualization skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
