Activation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive activation strategies to increase consumer engagement and drive footfalls to stores.
- Plan, execute, and oversee below-the-line activation campaigns, including on-ground activities, events, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with local media partners for targeted media promotions.
- Manage budgets and resources for optimal campaign ROI.
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless execution of activation initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align activation plans with overall business strategies.
- Analyze performance data and insights to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for all activation activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in activation, preferably from retail or fmcg sector.
- Proven track record of successful BTL activation campaigns and local media interventions. Handled PAN India role.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
