Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify B2B Project Leads & Opportunities in specific Zone.
- Devise strategies to achieve better market reputation and financial results.
- Prepare & Pitch proposals B2B and B2C
- Organize meetings/presentations at MD/CXO level to Potential B2B and B2C Clients.
- Build and develop systems and processes that are based on best practices in the industry.
- Maintaining the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication liaison on all company affairs.
- Innovation and Knowledge Management as per agreed timelines
- Meeting or exceeding Operations cost and productivity targets
- Innovating and implementing processes and systems, so as to stay ahead of the curve
- Target Clients for design & Engineering solutions in Industrial Plants, Auto Units, Dairy/ Beverage Plants, Railways/ Airports/Infrastructure sectors.

- Should have demonstrated strong managerial capabilities
- Should have strategic management exposure

- Strong team building capabilities with the ability to work with and motivate large multiple teams of relatively young employees
