We are searching for an ambitious and creatively-minded Digital Marketing Manager who will support KumiLabs in disrupting the Tech space for the better. We're looking for an ambitious, smart communicator who likes a challenge and thrives in a busy environment where disrupting the status quo is top of the agenda.
- Create and manage link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences (Advertisements over Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc).
- To plan a strategy to increase sales via marketplaces.
- Devise and implement both strategic and tactical digital marketing plans.
- Understanding latest market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Planning creative social media strategies to promote products to generate sales.
- Creating and managing PPC campaigns under a given budget.
- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
- Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze the content success.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites to drive traffic to company pages.
- Develop and manage projects including delegating tasks, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
- Knowledge of Campaigning on the eCommerce platforms.
- Identify trends and insights to allocate marketing investments.
- Plan and direct marketing campaigns.
- Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind and social media platforms.
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
- Track the website traffic flow and implement and analyze performance metrics.
- Device experiments and conversion tests.
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
- You approach problems in a structured manner and are very comfortable with ambiguity.
- Extremely detail-oriented with an ability to multitask across projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
- Relevant 3+ years of working experience; digital marketing experience is a must.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills, well versed in Microsoft Suites: Excel and Powerpoint - can create reports and presentations for internal and external teams.
- Understanding of digital marketing disciplines from Paid Social, Search, SEO, eCommerce, social media, or affiliate marketing.
- Passionate about the digital industry and highly digital-savvy.
- Commercially aware, with a strong data-driven, strategic mindset.
- Team player- Great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and can successfully collaborate effectively with diverse types of people.
- Certificates in Digital Marketing (is plus) and website Optimization with real-world exercises, practical assignments, and hands-on projects.
- Naturally curious creative thinker who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
