As Campaign Manager, you will be primarily responsible for executing campaigns in the KumiLabs partner company, optimizing them to achieve the desired performance KPIs. You will proactively work towards innovations and process improvement within the team.
Responsibilities -
- Devise B2C (business to consumer) or D2C integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers and app installs on Play Store and App Store.
- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Work within a budget and report any overspend.
- Ensure that the organization's brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
- Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
- Devise a campaign timeline and schedule.
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI, CPL, CAC, LTV of campaigns.
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
- Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
- Should have experience in tools like Branch.io, Appsflyer, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.
- Experience in running ad campaigns on Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok, Facebook, Google Shopping, Universal App campaigns.
Qualifications for Campaign Manager (Should haves)
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ year track record of participating in successful campaigns.
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns.
- Very strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of current market trends.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Should have experience in running e-commerce campaigns.
- Must have experience in App Marketing Campaigns.
- Should have experience in running campaigns on US audiences.
