Position

- We are looking for tech savvy, smart and driven Product Management professional to work alongside the Sales and Marketing Leader and be a key contributor to building amazing loan products across multiple geographies, working closely with our prospects to ensure they understand the full range of the impact that our product can deliver to their business.

- In this exciting and varied role, you will be leading a team of Product Managers and will be responsible for building awesome new age digital loan products for tech savvy Banks and Fin techs, devising new strategies to promote and sell these products, exploring and partnering with new age fin techs across geographies to build state of the art lending solutions and driving UI/UX. You will be playing a key role to drive the business forward within the India, MENA, SEA and USA territories.

Skills And Qualifications

- Undergraduate from IIT/NIT and/or masters from IIM A/B/C/L institutes with 3+ years of experience in consulting, product/program management or similar roles

- Ability to build relationships and credibility with colleagues and customers quickly.

- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and training.

- Confidence to hold difficult conversations at all levels of an organization.

- Ability to build trust to drive change with customers.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly through self-learning. Learn-it-all attitude is very much required for this role.

- Experience working in an Enterprise Product organization is strongly preferred.

- Advising on technical solutions, standard integration methodologies and the alignment of business and technology.

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analysis to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges.

- Working knowledge of Java script, SQL, Advanced Excel is preferred.
