As Talent Acquisition specialist, you'll find and court the best and brightest talent who value personal growth, collaboration. You'll be responsible for developing continual candidate pipelines across multiple skill-sets & initiatives. Some of the interesting positions you would get a chance to work on are Engineering Manager, Product Manager, Backend Engineers, Front-end Engineers, UI/ UX Designers, Head, Business Development and many more.
What you would be responsible for :
- Manage end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers without help of vendors
- Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with sourcers, coordinators and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible.
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our schedulers as needed
- Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent, build and maintain a network of candidates
- Know tech (companies with relevant tech stack & products) and talk tech with candidates as well as screen for candidates with relevant technical skills and experience of scale
Requirements :
- 2-3 Years of experience as a technical recruiter is a must with fast growing tech startups
- Ability to understand the nitty gritties of a technical position
- Flexibility to hire for both Technology and non-technology requirements.
