Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and manage a support structure to cater to post production support requirements of all projects

- Set up and manage a support team ideal for delivering support

- Define SOPs for support ticket execution, client management and internal team management

- Identify, set up and Onboard a common ticketing system for all support related requirements

- Set up a reporting system to help manage and monitor the health of support structure and execution

- Ensure quality, timely delivery and headcount efficiency in support across projects in the organization

- Ensure constant improvements in the support structure through periodic update meetings, with internal team and the management

Requirements - Must have

- MBA and/or engineering degree from a premier institute

- 4+ years of experience. MBA freshers with 2+ years of prior work experience in software development are also suited for this role

- Great communication skills as this is a client-facing role

- Great focus on getting things done. Great sense of ownership

- Process oriented approach. However, should handle problems in case processes are still being built

- Strong team player

- Aspiration for excellence and move towards it day-by-day

- Hunger to reach ideal solutions. Seek feedback to reach to ideal solutions faster and better

Requirements - Good to have

- Experience in the banking industry especially in lending

- Worked in client-facing roles in the past

- Handled software related projects / programs
