Skills And Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or master's degree from Tier 1 institutes with 2+ years of experience in consulting, product/ program management or similar roles

- Ability to build relationships and credibility with customers quickly.

- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and training.

- Confidence to hold difficult conversations at all levels of an organization.

- Ability to build trust to drive change with customers.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly through self-learning. Learn-it-all attitude is very much required for this role.

- Experience working in an Enterprise Product organization in a consulting capacity is strongly preferred.

- Advising on technical solutions, standard integration methodologies and the alignment of business and technology.

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analysis to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenge
