Kuliza - Product Manager

Role :

As a Product Manager, you will be working with the product R&D team. The R&D team owns the product roadmap, development and support for Lend.In suite of products that includes LOS, LMS, Collections, Collateral Management System and Customer Servicing platform. You will be responsible for owning, managing and executing one of the products in Lend.In suite

Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with business leadership, product managers, product support and delivery teams to define, build and scale your product

2. Formulating product strategy factoring competitors, ecosystem and industry

3. Work with various stakeholders to shape up business requirements and convert the same to Product Requirement documents

4. Responsible for managing and nurturing product backlog

5. Working with the engineering team to drive product development

6. Responsible for timely shipping out product/features with no compromise in quality

7. Be a storyteller to clients and prospects, translating the features to the value they can derive from the product features

Skills Required :

1. 4+ year of experience as a Product Manager in building Enterprise products in banking or lending

2. UI/ UX knowledge with focus on understanding customer behavior and analyzing data & real-world experiences

3. Possess an analytic bent of mind to look at the problem from a different perspective, an eye for details and a product mindset

4. Good project management skills to be able to drive product development

5. Ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions

6. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

7. An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from the engineering team
