Key responsibilities; Details :1. Demand Generation :- Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate a pipeline.
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue.
- Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities (SQL conversion)
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
- Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed for inside sales agencies and others
2. Inside Sales :- Manage in house ; inside sales resources
- Create, refine and deploy lead management processes
- Demonstrate ability to quickly analyze inbound leads and deploy appropriate processes
- Demonstrate ability to understand target accounts and create a cadence plan to successfully achieve outbound success
- Demonstrate ability to own a book of business and run a structured nurturing process
- Show ability to work alongside with business growth function in the handover process of a lead through to opportunity
Requirements ; Must have :- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
- Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
- Managing agencies (for both inside sales and outbound lead generation)
- Direct inside sales management experience
