Position :

- The Associate Delivery Manager (ADM) will own the delivery of project(s) through implementation of Kuliza's product suit for various clients

- Will be working with multifunctional teams i.e. Product managers, Functional consultants, Tech leads etc.

Key responsibilities - Details

- Project Management

- Get good hold of our proprietary product suit - Lend.in- and its capabilities

- Own delivery of all assigned projects. Aspire for high quality, on time, and profitable deliveries

- Plan, organize and report outputs during the life-cycle of project(s) to all stakeholders

- Ensure to use best-in-class frameworks and methodologies for project deliveries

- Keep minimum tickets and escalations on projects. Resolve them fast if there are any

- Client Management

- Own the relationship with key project stakeholders from client's side

- Understand clients requirements in detail. Aspire for absolute clarity

- Work for client delight on delivery quality and security norms

Requirements - Must have

- MBA and/or engineering degree from a premier institute

- 2-4 years of experience. MBA freshers with 1-2 years prior work experience in software development are also suited for this role

- Great communication skills as this is a client facing role

- Great focus on getting things done. Great sense of ownership

- Flexibility to work from client's location (within or outside India)

- Process oriented approach. However, should handle problems in case processes are still being built

- Strong team player

- Aspiration for excellence and move towards it day-by-day

- Hunger to reach ideal solutions. Seek feedback to reach to ideal solutions faster and better

- Experience in banking industry especially in lending

- Worked in client facing roles in the past

- Handled software related projects / programs
