This role is based out of BKC office Mumbai in work from office mode.

Role Overview:
- As the Lead Marketing & Growth, you will be responsible for both offline and digital marketing and play a pioneer role in building a community platform. You will lead strategy and execution efforts to grow the number of students on our platform by coordinating with subject matter experts within and outside the Kuhoo team.
- An apt candidate will be having 3+ years of experience in a leading marketing agency having worked with different industry verticals and 3+ years of experience with a MNC or startup.
What will you do?
- Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customer/partners
- Create Paid Marketing strategy across digital and social channels
- Launch new digital and social channels to aid the growth of business
- Scale and Improve the performance of our existing paid channels like Facebook and Instagram, Youtube, etc.
- Define, track, and regularly measure success metrics and KPIs.
- Identify and implement new growth strategies and evaluating our existing partner (academic institutes, Test Preparation Centres, Academic Counselors, Financial Advisors etc.) and digital channels (website, emails, and social media platforms) to optimize both acquisition and engagement
- Collaborate specifically with channel owners on campaign execution, forecasting and scenario planning, and measurement
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on A/B test design, results analysis, and recommendations
Other Requirements:
Must - have
- Experience in running Digital activity - google pay per click campaigns, facebook campaigns,etc. and measuring impact using relevant tools (eg. google analytics)
- Ability to create a multi-channel marketing plan and execute it
- Empathy for the end user's experience, across a range of user types (e.g. Gen Z student and tech-phobic older counselor/partners)
- Desire to join an early-stage product team, take responsibility for the product's growth, and move fast
- Have a mix 3+ year of experience both with a marketing agency and MNC/Startup
Should - have:
- Exposure to partner marketing channels, where your traffic is driven by both small and big players
- A comfort with a flexible, iterative "test and learn" approach and a bias toward action
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written/Email marketing expertise
Nice - to - have:
- Knowledge of new age marketing analytics stack and tools
- Experience with a start-up in the fintech sector
Qualification & Experience: 6+ years of experience in an offline marketing, growth and digital marketing role with a background of marketing agency and startup/MNC as well.
