KSPG India is reputed and preferred automotive supplier around the engine components manufacturer with strong market oriented business operations in the fields of Sensors & Actuators (emission reduction, air supply and emission control, mechanical water pumps, vacuum pumps, oil pumps) and Materials & Trade Business Unit manufacturing Engine Bearings, Bushes & Thrust washers.
ROLE PURPOSE:
- The profile for this position is of Training and development. An individual who helps with ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within the organization.
- The individual will be initially fully involved in Training & Development activities of organization and he/she will be involved in day to day activities of Skill Development Centre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Employee Skill & Competence Management and Development
- Individual Development & Performance Improvement Planning
- Develop skill & trade test based assessments for blue collar employees with the help of subject matter experts to ensure multi-skilling in shop-floor
- Training & Development Management
- Facilitate Change Management initiatives across organization

- HR Surveys Personality
- Assessment and Analysis

Job Profile: Assistant Manager/ Associate Manager - OD
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven hands-on experience in conceptualization and analysis, design and implementation of OD and Talent Management processes.
- Good in compensation & Benefits management and ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems.
- Expert MS Office software knowledge required including advanced power point presentation, excel skills (pivot table/vlook-up)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate a highly matrix organization
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organizational level
- Good in Relationship Management with cross functional groups and ability to work through them
- Good communication skills, ownership, high level of commitment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Around 1-7 years functional work experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering with MBA in HR from premiere institute (SIBM/ SCHMRD/PUMBA/NIMIS/
XLRI/TISS/ICFAI/Welingkar
- Proficiency in MS Office
